Refunds and cancellations

Official EUIPO fees

The EUIPO official filing fee is paid to EUIPO once your application is submitted. EUIPO's own refund rules apply to this portion of your payment — generally, official fees are not refundable once an application has been filed, including if EUIPO ultimately refuses registration or a third party successfully opposes it.

Before we submit

If you cancel before your application has been submitted to EUIPO (for example, during validation), we will refund the EasyBrandly service fee and the official fee in full, since neither has been used yet.

EasyBrandly subscription

You can cancel your annual EasyBrandly subscription at any time from your dashboard billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current annual period, which continues to provide monitoring and support until it ends, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law in your country of residence.

Consumer withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because filing a trade mark application is a service EUIPO begins acting on immediately at your request, this right may not apply once filing has started, consistent with applicable consumer protection law. Contact us if you believe your situation is different.
